This is my personal favorite flag photo I've ever taken. It was taken with a basic point-n-shoot camera - no fancy lenses or camera bodies.
The picture was taken on a walk to breakfast from my hotel room so the early light and a gentle breeze did their part to help me out with good light and motion. Generally I'm terrible about focusing in tight for a picture (one of my many weaknesses as a photographer) but in this case I did and I love the result.
